Woodland Hills, Elk Ridge consider boundary adjustment
WOODLAND HILLS, Utah County - Landowners and city officials say a planned boundary adjustment between Woodland Hills and Elk Ridge would make it easier to provide utility services as the communities develop The proposed adjustment would place Woodland Hills on the east side of Loafer Canyon Road and Elk Ridge on the west side in some areas.
