WOODLAND HILLS, Utah County - Landowners and city officials say a planned boundary adjustment between Woodland Hills and Elk Ridge would make it easier to provide utility services as the communities develop The proposed adjustment would place Woodland Hills on the east side of Loafer Canyon Road and Elk Ridge on the west side in some areas.

After the Nebo District school board decided Wednesday to disallow President Barack Obama's forthcoming nationwide speech to students from all of its schools, John Talcott, who was a teacher in that district for 27 years, called the board to ask why.
