Free concerts aim to reap goodwill in Middletown
Melinda Staten of Middletown and her 2-year-old granddaughter, Brooklyn, stood on the lawn in Wetherby Park and twisted to the Beatles' 'Twist and Shout.' Staten, who was among about 400 people watching the Beatles cover band Eight Days a Week, said she loves the free monthly concerts in Middletown.
