An employee of the Achieve Rehab and Nursing Facility has been charged with felonies in the theft of a credit card from a patient at the home.

LIBERTY Village Police in Liberty have arrested a Woodbourne man on three felony charges stemming from his alleged theft of a credit card from a patient at the Achieve Rehab and Nursing Facility, where he worked.

Christopher Baumann did not live to see his 33rd birthday. Baumann, who grew up in Sullivan County, died either on the evening of April 18 or early April 19, while working and living in Barcelona, Spain.
