Well it seems Belding is buying a little more time for himself his hearing is being held Nov. 16 th instead of 28th of sept. Not enough of the police reports are back yet. So he gets a little more time on the street while Bills family goes on waiting for justice.

well it seems thou the hearing will now take place 0ct 28th we will see what happens. This is such a loss of a great well liked kid to have it gone unpunished its not far even if Belding also was a young man a that he made a 'MISTAKE' it was an awful bad mistake that the Joyce boy had paided for with is life. Well we can only hope and see waht happens.

anyone hear anything about the hearing for the belding kid?

He waived his rights to a pretrial hearing and will be arraigned in Superior Court on Nov. 6th

thanks for that update.

well the court date for belding was held today and now hes getting his punishment until dec.16th. this will give him plenty of time to actually realize what he has done to another person and his family.

I wonder if you would feel the same if it were a family member of yours or your son if you would be saying the same thing.

I believe hes in cambridge, he should of been arrested and in jail long before this. Hes lucky he was out this long.

What the hell kind of comment is that!! I didn't know Billy Joyce but from all the remembrances that I have read about him from his friends and family it doesn't seem as though he would have made a threatening comment like that. From everything I have read he was quite a nice person. Maybe you really didn't know Bill Joyce at all to make a comment like that!! This is a very, very sad situation for everyone..a life was lost because of a very bad decision and another life is changed forever, families are changed forever and that kind of threat does not make the situation better.it just fuels hatred in the memory of Bill Joyce..how sad!!

That was a very bad comment that was made and it wasnt from our family. Yes Billy was a great kid and would of never made a comment like that.
