Maine PD: Theft fugitive last seen in C. Oregon

Authorities in Maine said Thursday they are seeking help from Central Oregonians in finding a fugitive who fled before sentencing in a felony theft conviction over two years ago. Drew Bibber, now 23, of Wiscasset, Maine, is wanted under a nationwide, extraditable arrest warrant for felony theft and failure to appear for sentencing, said Patrol Deputy Jared Mitkus of the Lincoln County, Maine Sheriff's Department.
