I have actually seen latinos from places like Brazil and the Dominican Republic who were darker than some black people I have seen. Not that it matters. Times are a lot different than they used to be. A community doesn't raise a child anymore. I remember when I was growing up, if you did something wrong and a neighbor happened to see, they reported it to your parents and your parents disciplined you. Now, you see a child do wrong a dare go report it to the parent (who might possibly be only about 13 years older than the child), you are likely to end up in a fist fight. So many parents don't bother to raise their children nowadays, how can the community possibly step in?

Dang if it isnt another one of those dang honkeys always causing problems!

And they wonder why there is such a thing as "profiling". I don't know, but maybe it's because 80 to 90% of the violent crimes are committed by blacks or hispanics or some mixture thereof.
