Photographer discovers reclusive artist living in Washington County
Tim West, 72, of Winslow thought he would be discovered as an important artist one day, but it would be after he had died.

Greenland Public Schools : Superintendent sees ending year with $50K more
With the school year winding down, Superintendent Roland Smith said Tuesday he hopes to finish the fiscal year with a balance of $200,000, up from previous predictions of $150,000. Patrons heard the positive news about finances at Smith's monthly town meeting.
