Winn Parish jailer charged with malfeasance

Is this the same guy who wrecked the sheriff's log truck on 84 west and tore out the bridge?

Why was he working up there in the first place?

Now Mr. Little is trying to get mileage out of this?

I had a relative up there not long ago and he said the jail was worse now than ever. Cell phones, dope, sleepovers. He stays in and out of trouble. Told us over Sunday dinner that at least the old bunch would conduct raids now and then collecting up phones and illegal stuff. Said this bunch is too busy doing illegal stuff themselves.

He has no reason to lie. Said the old bunch would do sneak attacks on the jail on and off and no body made hay about it, they would charge folks with the crime and go from there. Said this bunch was always wanting headlines, I guess he's right.

I think we need a recall election. To get rid of MR. little and his wastefull ways. I belive he is doing the samething to the sheriff's office that he did to the tax assesors office. That is bleeding it dry and using it to help only his self.

Which is why we never should have voted him in to begin with. Nobody wanted to believe the truth about him. It was lies, all lies. According to Bodie.

You will never get people to sign a recall because he is the sheriff. Plus the politicians have made it too hard to recall them. You have to have 1/3 of the registered voters to sign the petition. One third don't hardly vote in an election.

Grin and bear it 3 more years and hope there's something left and the parish is not deeply in debt.

I didn't vote for him as tax assesor or for sheriff. And yes unlike it shows I have live in winn parish all my Life. I do not see why everybody is scared of him. He can't do anything to you as long as your not breaking the law.

Innocent people are arrested everyday by sheriffs and their deputies, police officers, troopers, federal agents. Then you have to hire a lawyer and hope and pray the judge or jury finds you not guilty. Which rarely happens unless you can PROVE you are innocent. Otherwise its your word against theirs and who do you think the judge is going to go with?

I think you are very wrong. While there are those that are innocent getting arrested at times, they are usually not just standing around doing nothing. 90% of the time they are involved somehow, either by knowledge or location, and the majority of the police force make that arrest with the information they have at the time. You are not gonna hire a lawyer, etc. until you have been CHARGED with a crime and the police have displayed to the magistrate, D.A., etc. the evidence that they have supporting that arrest. This is not "Conspiracy Theory", and while the police are not perfect, the majority are out there every day, putting life on the line, to ensure we are safe or at least providing a visible presence to those that would make us unsafe.

I know that I am not wrong at all. And while I support the majority of hard working police, one only has to look at the large number of convictions that have been overturned due to the advent of DNA evidence. These people were doing nothing, but went to prison anyway. And if you think no police officers anywhere ever "bum rap" people, you are living a sheltered life. And once the police charge you, you DO have to hire an attorney, raise bond money, etc. Very few DAs don't proceed with charges filed by the police.

Read up on police misconduct cases and get back to me.

But there mere possibility of any kind of retaliation by an elected official, law enforcer or not, is going to keep most people from signing a recall petition, which is what this all started off about.

what did the jailer do. that is what this thread was about

i think this town has lost its mind when it comes to the pollice cause the simple fact in this
sittuation is that they r not getting the real criminamls and we all know who u r and so do yourselves.what has this world come to know.the good people out there r getting busted for the true criminals while they out there getting to our children.is that what u want mr.boddie we know u r decieving we know that most of the sherrifs and cops out there got rats..i know one off hand lucy gorham.your rats in jail telling off on yall when they get out they all no your sceams..she working the streets for yall...why are yall letting this happen it has been going on for way to long. if my children get hurt b/c of all this drama in this little town i am coming for someone...i will put a stop to it all..investagators...vote mr. little out...he does not got my vote.i thought this was suppose to be called surve and protect the town of the criminals but i guessed wrong...its sick..nice people like my self would do right by the law and would get in trouble and would have to pay the price for nothing done wrong..is it ok for me to get a ticket and say well if i blow u would u let it go? yes that is what is going on today in this town....im sorry being very blunt.. this is a joke. heard boddie been cheating on his old lady too..also hear that some of the chicks have some pull up there and they have no degree in none of the training he just highering cause he getting something out of the deal and so is his partners...u will all get done for lator when u have to be in front of god. he is gone pass your judgment..people take a stand for once in your lives...
