Featured will be magic shows at 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., face painting, food available at Emmanuel Episcopal Church, slime making, mask making, monster mural, petting zoo, pumpkin painting, trick dogs and trick-or-treating at participating businesses. Children ages 5 to 12 can register to win the chance of lighting the town Christmas tree with the mayor at this year's Light Up Woodstock Celebration on Nov. 30. The annual Spooktacular will take place on the Loudoun Street Mall in Winchester from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday.
