Company awards highest honor to franchise owner

FISHERSVILLE - Rusty and Clemi Arbaugh, owners of ServiceMaster of Shenandoah Valley Inc., ServiceMaster of Roanoke and ServiceMaster of Winchester, received the ServiceMaster Clean Marion E. Wade Master Award, the company's highest honor, during the company's international convention in Boston.
