gatorade sucks

Andi totally is the best player ever in Chapmanville history, even over the boys sports. She makes us proud. Way to go Andi, the senior class of 2009 love you very much.

Powerade is a Smartass or jealous. I think thats great, Andi! C'ville and Harts are soooo proud of you.Whats the matter Powerade??? Can't you play Sports? Or maybe you are a jealous relative? Whatever? The world's full of Losers like you, but only a few real athletes like Andi. And she has made our school and community proud.

andi is a great gal and a very good athlete...one of the best i will say...but def not the best that we have had here....for some reason her name has taken her up higher...people treat her like she is god or something ...but the truth is...there are athletes in chapmanville now and in the past that have been as good and even better than her that have received very little recognition...it isnt fair.i dont wish to take any of her glory or publicity away but why can't they lift up other kids as well...she is good and deserves recognition for her hard work but so do some others...any body realize since she has came from harts that she is in the paper every day...there are many days during diff sport seasons that other kids have done great things...you open up the paper to read about them and there is andi...AGAIN...give us a break...her signing was plastered on every page...not fair to the other kids...some of which got a very small section or none at all...why is it in a small town if somebody has a NAME then people just go with it...again, i have nothing against her but so many of our young athletes have been ignored because eveybody is so busy holding her up so high...they act like we have never had talent in chapmanville before..guess what i have been a round for years. watched about every ballgame, home and away...we have had great talent...funny how some kids get more glory than others. last but not least good job andi...i know you have worked hard!!! i am not at all speaking against you...just speaking up for others! congrats!

Well Amazed according to Coach Ooten Andi is the best he's ever coached, including his own daughter. How many others from area schools have managed to be rercruited by so many D-1 schools? Obviously you've never had the opportunity to have a conversation with her, or you would know that she is one humble kid who gives her teammates more credit then she does herself. It's her attitude off the field that makes her, maybe that's why she was voted homecoming queen. I think that she's a great role model to other young girls, showing them what can be accomplished through dedication and hard work.
Chapmanville has alot of very talented kids, in all areas of sports, and perhaps this amount of publicity will lead to more scholarship opportunites. We love ya Andi.

yes hometown girl i have had countless conversations w/ andi and all the other athletes in the town..i have been round all of them and coached many of them allll their lives...trust me i know them...she is very talented and like i said in my message...i am not trying to take nothing away from her...just speaking up for the others...and...if you had been around to watch his daughter play you wouldnt even bring her into this...she wasnt really that good...and YES he has coached players as talented a andi...why he has so much more respect for andi than his other girls is beyond me...people who have coached in this town and many of those faithful fans know that andi is Not OUR ONLY OR MOST TALENTED! she is talented and has worked hard but really...there have been so many to come through here that you have probably never seen play. again andi...your are really good and very deserving of your acievements...i just feel there are others who deserve it too!

as for coach ooten saying she is the best...you have got to be kidding me...he doesnt know anymore about coaching than my 4 year old does...he has coached for years and everybody knows he needed to give it before he even started...he has wasted tons of talent on that softball field and on the court as well.

andi...humble??? no way! i have played w/ her for years...she has not only chewed me up on the filed but others as well...she thinks she is the coach...if anything goes wrong she blames it all on somebody else...she is good but that gives her no reason the think she is better than others...but why wouldnt she...others have built her up so high...she has the big head!

I was also there when Ooten was kidding with his daughter and others. But he did say that she worked harder in practice, never complained to him, and did the job. C'ville has had MANY great girl softball players. Everybody knows that.To say that Many were better than Andi.....Where's the Beef? Andi broke the State strikeout record, maybe the national if they check it out.Led CRHS to 2 consecutive STATE Titles. Had offers from Tenn., Georgia, Va.Tech.,Marshall,; etc. more Division 1 school than any ballplayer everfrom this school. REMEMBER, this is only the second year of the school. It is now CRHS. The real good past players of CHS or Harts are not included. By the way, she is out to win on the field. When I played Bball, I would chew out a slackers too. Its actually more FUN to win than lose. Plus, she was a Captain. That was her job.

Oh, teammate. You're probably not a teammate. I was at the semi-celibration, and everyone got along great! I've known and followed Andi's career for the last 2 years. She is very nice and humble. Never conceited in the least way. And very friendly to everyone. Even the children who come to talk to her after the game.With an E.R.A. of something like .oo18, or something. She could be cocky. But she is nowhere close to being stuck up. teammate has the wrong team or the wrong girl.

Sounds like you are an ex-athlete that did not get the recognition you might have deserved. Andi is the best, not only at sports, but at education, popularity, being nice to everyone, etc. Maybe you see her name constantly because she is hands down the best female to come out our area ever. Others have been good but not quite her calibur, if so why hasn't a division 1 school ever given them a scholorship. Andi deserves what she got. She will do great in college because she is smart, quit beging jealous and just be proud someone from our area is this great. No one from Logan got this offer did they??I think not sir.

Of course she was good enough. Other people deserve good things also, we had a great guy for our president, Andy Ellis. Like Andi he is cool and nice to everyone. You sound soooo jealous of Andi, you need to meet her and then you might see what we all see in her. She would probably like to meet you because she does not turn down meeting even scum like you, like I said, she is nice to everyone, even those like you that don't deserve it!
