11E Widening Studied From I-81 To Morristown

The Tennessee Department of Transportation will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 14, to discuss proposed improvements to U.S. Highway 11E from Morristown to Interstate 81 in Mosheim -- including widening the heavily used road from two to four lanes.

Festival crew linked to beating, robbery

Police found body armor, guns, knives and several rounds of ammunition when they arrested the co-owner of an amusement ride company and three other men early Thursday on robbery charges, a police report said.
