Isn't it something when the court system sends you up the river for an assault on someone else, but, yet, only gives a herion dealer 15 days in jail?

There is something wrong with that picture....that's not to say the assault shouldn't go up the river, but, just the dealer should, also, be sent up the river, as well.

so let me figure this out for you. One goes to jail while the other as you say "up the river" which must mean jail is SSC in Springfield while the up your river must be "15 days in bellows falls". Your right their is something wrong with that. Just what does that "up the river mean and come from anyway high wind.
