Well right wrong or indifferent, i don't go to restuarants i can't smaoke in and bars i can't smoke in. In these economic times i don't think they should do anything to cut down on business owners. there is plenty of nonsmoking restuarants and bars the few that still exsist you can smoke in they should leave alone.
