Forest Park police used a taser on a Westchester man who caused a scene and slapped an officer outside Slainte Tavern, 7505 Madison St. around 1:30 a.m. Nov. 28. Police said two security doormen at the bar waved down police to remove Christopher Pagliuco, 27, who had been stealing and drinking other customers' beers at the bar.
