EVERYONE KNOWS IF IT WERE THOUGHT TO BE A SURE MONEYMAKER, THEY WOULD BUILD IT THEMSELVES...BUT THEY WANT THE TAXPAYERS TO JUMP ONBOARD AND HAND OVER THE MONEY.

Don't they also want the city residents to drop money in the newly proposed casinos? Let them build their own too. just think of all the hookers, gang members and drug dealers and users who will be jumping onto the trolleys.

Who in their right mind would jump on with the except others like them?
