West Point police have charged a man with child molestation, enticing a child for indecent purposes, and sexual battery after a report in the city last month from three alleged victims between the ages of 5 and 7. Kendricus Jerome Buckner, 26, of Eastwood Lane was already a convicted and registered sex offender, police said.
