Woman charged with negligent homicide in fatal motorcycle crash

July 8, 2009 4:46 p.m. A 28-year-old woman who police say lost control of her car while arguing with her husband and hit a motorcyclist was charged Wednesday with homicide by negligent operation of a vehicle.
