Problem with neighborhood dog leads to drive by shooting
A family narrowly escaped death after their home was riddled with bullets. Police say, Raquel Black's neighbor gave a group of boys including his own son a gun, and ordered them to quote, "fire that house up." The victim says the shooting started when she complained about her neighbor's dog.
