The identity of a body discovered in a ditch along U.S. 23 North last week has been confirmed.

NEWARK -- Swisher International, America's largest cigar exporter and the company responsible for one-third of domestic cigar sales, got its start with a traveling salesman from Newark.

Arrest - Eric Davis, 32, of Wellston was arrested and charged with petty theft; 6:30 p.m. Wednesday.
