Rumford man charged in hammer, pepper spray attack, home invasion
LIVERMORE FALLS a ' A Rumford man was arrested early Saturday after he entered a Tucker Road home while occupants were sleeping and sprayed a man with pepper spray and attacked him with a hammer, according to police.
