Police in the west Georgia town of Manchester say Jason Edward Teufel of Waverly Hall is charged in the blaze that broke out at the old Manchester Mill a week ago.

Police have charged a Georgia man with arson in a blaze that destroyed a more than 100-year-old building and burned lumber worth about $1 million.

Columbus is one of 24 Georgia cities to be recertified as a “City of Ethics” by the Georgia Municipal Association, according to a GMA release.
