Decorah Police made arrests in three separate incidents over the weekend. Following a traffic stop Friday night on Highway 9, 19-year-old Justine Fahey of Waukon was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license.
