Watertown man sentenced to five years in prison for trying to burglarize town of Lyme residence

A Watertown man was sentenced Tuesday in Jefferson County Court to five years in state prison for trying to burglarize a town of Lyme residence. James D. Manton, 49, was also ordered to undergo five additional years of supervision upon his release after pleading guilty June 4 to second-degree attempted burglary.
