A complaint has been filed against two members of the Oxford Police Department who allegedly harassed a woman and her two teenage sons Thursday.

Authorities have found the body of a swimmer who went missing in Panama City Beach.

The body of a swimmer missing since Saturday afternoon was pulled from the water Sunday morning and identified as a Mississippi man, authorities said.
