WASTA, S.D. a ' Grasshoppers are eating grass and other forage grown for livestock in such proportions that some U.S. ranchers are selling cattle because they won't have feed for the animals this winter.
Rapid City man killed in I-90 wreck
An 18-year-old Rapid City man was killed near Wasta when the vehicle he was riding in lost control on an Interstate 90 off-ramp. The South Dakota Highway Patrol says Zachary Ashlin died late Sunday evening.
Missing Father, Son Last Seen At Wasta Rest Stop
South Dakota authorities are asking for help finding a father and his four-year-old son who were last seen on Interstate 90 at the eastbound Wasta rest stop.
