While out on my usual weekend forays I came across one of the newest mayoral candidate Muriel Bowser, who struck me as a remnant of ex-mayor Sharon Pratt-Dixon who ran DC in January 1991 - 1995 and to date was the only woman that has been a mayor in Washington DC.
