Middletown, Bristol, Tiverton, Warren Beaches Reopen to Swimming
Good news for beach goers this weekend - state Department of Health officials have recommended re-opening Atlantic Beach Club in Middletown, Bristol Town Beach in Bristol, Fogland Beach in Tiverton, Grinnell's Beach in Tiverton, and Warren Town Beach in Warren for swimming.

Strawberry Park opens new splash pad, announces public day passes
Preston Aiden Roberts got his grandparents up early this morning to make sure they got to the Strawberry Park pool area by 8:30 a.m. That's when camp officials planned to open the campground's new splash pad, a fenced-in concrete platform with colorful pipes and sprinklers, umbrella shaped sprayers and showerheads.

HEALTH Recommends Beach Closings
The Rhode Island Department of Health recommends the closure of Atlantic Beach Club Beach in Middletown; Bristol Town Beach in Bristol; Conimicut Point Beach in Warwick; Fogland Beach in Tiverton; Grinell's Beach in Tiverton; and Warren Town Beach in Warren to swimming due to high bacteria counts.
