Mt. Vernon Police Department Arrests Charity Yorkbecker, 28, of the 600 block of Lamar Avenue, was arrested at 12:21 a.m. Tuesday on a charge of driving while license suspended/revoked. Bond was set at $1,000 and Yorkbecker was released.
