Four individuals arrested by the Middlesboro Police Department during the raid of a meth lab operation in January were indicted by the Bell County Grand Jury.

Josh Allen Smith, 20, and Rachel Nichole Farr, 22, were arrested by Jordan Hurd of the Middlesboro Police Department and charged with first-degree robbery.

A joint resolution between Harlan and Letcher fiscal courts was recently approved providing a path for rural residents of Letcher County to obtain drinking water in their homes.
