County OKs parks purchase

The Cherokee County Commission voted unanimously at its June 16 meeting toA purchase two Waleska parks from Reinhardt College for $608,000. The county anticipates closing on the purchase of Cline Park, 12.2 acres for $244,300, and Waleska park, 18.9 acres for $363,800, by the end of the month.
