East Hampton Town police reports
Roberto Rizzo, 55, of East Hampton was arrested on September 5 at 6:48 p.m. at North Main and Cedar streets in East Hampton and charged with DWI, criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, menacing in the second degree and criminal mischief in the fourth degree, all misdemeanors.
Sag Harbor Village Police arrested Lynn Kyung Park-Hepburn, 37, of Wainscott at 1 a.m. on September 15 and charged her with DWI after her 2008 BMW was pulled over for failing to signal a turn on Hampton Street and swerving over the double yellow line several times.
