Public Record of Cases Heard in Edgartown District Court

Liam E. Bassett, 30, of Edgartown, arraigned on August 26 charges in Edgartown of assault and battery on a family/household member, assault and battery on a person over 60 or disabled with serious injury and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon to a person over 60. According to a police report filed in court, Mr. Bassett allegedly kicked and punched a person in the head with a closed fist. Bail was set at $1,000 surety and a pretrial hearing was scheduled for Sept.

Vineyard Voters Turn Out in Low Numbers for State Primary

Vineyard voters followed most statewide voting trends in the primary election Tuesday, casting ballots for winning gubernatorial candidates Martha Coakley and Charles Baker and attorney general candidate Maura Healey. 365 days of Vineyard Colors photos at West Tisbury library

All Island Tennis tournament was a hit for Hospice
