Downtown could be a quaint center of tourism IF the sidewalks didn't reak of vomit & urine. The park could be a center for citizens IF the homeless were not asking for handouts and scareing citizens away.
Reminds me of downtown San Franciso... about 3pm it gets REAL SCARY.... DCBA doesn't seem to do much to improve downtown shopping for citizens... AND the parking is not a problem. Parking is NOT the reason citizens stay away from shopping downtown, it's the low-lifes hanging around the stores. |
