I wish the Collings Lakes Civic Assn. would model themselves more like The FVL group..FLV unlike the CLCA has actually made accomplishments toward full filling their community goals for preservation, seeking corp.funding, working with green acres, and actually using their charity status for fund raisers, CLCA collects a comparative amt. of mandatory funds from homeowners as FVL does from its membership and has not accomplished much of anything...ever...since they gained charity status about 3 yrs ago,not one single fund raiser has been planned or held to offset costs related to dam issues....at least your organization shows genuine interest in preservation for the community as a whole and has board members with functioning brain cells...FVL has somehow managed to accomplish more in what, 5yrs(?)..then CLCA has since 1979!
