The influx of mostly poor blacks to the Victor Valley has steadily increased over the last few years This past year has seen an explosion.

All a plan IMO by the powers that be to get them out of Los Angeles, Fontana, Rancho Cucamonga etc so developers can build more and charge more. I have been told by several individuals that they are getting an extra bonus to move out of these areas. I believe it. No other explanation.

Blacks on foot, many with youngsters and strollers walking the streets are now a common occurrence..and not for health reasons. Beater cars, DMV red temp stickers in the windows, Increased handicap stickers. Increase in people walking pit bulls on and on. Stop by Winco or Food 4 Less around the first? Unreal

Also what is up with blacks driving even in 100 plus degree weather with their windows rolled down? Even if they have decent cars, the vast majority till do that. What is up with that?

I want to know why the vast majority of Blacks I see driving do not wear a safety belt. When I've asked them why, several have told me "It's not in our culture". How does a "culture" affect the laws of mass, energy and motion? A car crash at 50 mph will have the same impact on the driver, no matter what race they are. Physics really is color blind.

I have noticed them on foot also and it reminded me of how palmdale / lancaster looked about 6 years ago when I drove through there. I knew when I saw that, that the city wasn't one that I'd ever want to live in. And to all of you that think that I am a racist, you are wrong, I just happen to know the facts and look out for the safety of my family. If a large concentration of black people didn't equal high crime, I would not have a problem at all living amongst them. I have black friends that are productive members of society and they don't want to live in areas with a large black population.

Hey imbeciles, here's a raging clue for you: Socioeconomic status dictates crime rates, not race. It just so happens that "minority" races are generally poor and thus commit more crimes. If the situation was reversed and all us white people were poor and the minorities were rich, it'd be us committing all the crimes and gang banging on every street.

The government is to blame and NOT because they refuse to deport everyone. I will not take the time to try to explain to you dolts why society is in its current state.
