“Until there is a resolution, we aren't going anywhere.”
WEST FAIRLEE-There will likely be some changes to the service area in 2008 between the town of West Fairlee and the Thetford FAST Squad, but no specific date has yet been determined. The Vermont Department of Children and Families has reported that "almost 2,300 children were victims of or witnessed domestic or sexual violence in their homes in 2005." And the effects continue into the next generation. A 2006 article in Psychology Today states that "90% of batterers saw violence in the household as kids, and many were victims of it themselves."
