Verona Board of Education incumbent will not seek re-election

Incumbent Steve Spardel will not seek re-election for his expiring term, he told the Times Tuesday, July 22. Spardel was appointed by the board to replace Dawn DuBois after she resigned in September 2013, but he will not look to extend his stay further.
