On November 18, 2009 at approximately 1:15 p.m., the New York State Police and Vernon Center Fire Department responded to State Route 26 in the town of Augusta, Oneida County, New York for a hunter found deceased in the woods.

An autopsy today will attempt to determine the cause of death of an Oriskany Falls man who was found dead Wednesday under a tree stand in woods in the Oneida County town of Augusta.
