Lompoc's Flower Festival thrives even in tough economy
If there was concern about the impact of a faltering economy on the 57th annual Lompoc Flower Festival, it was washed away in a river of root beer and funnel cakes - not to mention a mountain of jambalaya, tri-tip sandwiches, pansit and lumpia, tacos and tamales.
