Vancouver mostly cleared in records case

In a public disclosure lawsuit stemming from the $1.65 million discrimination settlement with former Vancouver police Officer Navin Sharma, a Clark County Superior Court judge this week found no evidence that the city intentionally withheld information from a local attorney.
