I guess there should be a law against leaving your 6 month old baby in the care of a 18 year old known gang member and his girl. at 1am, all parents who give a damn are usually at home with their children tucked in for the night.

Seems to be that all these shootings that involve kids have similar elements:

1. gang affiliation
2. well past curfew
3. inadequate or no parental supervision.

Kids, like this one, are destined to fail. Their young and stupid gangbanging parents make sure of it.
