In 1937 there was a flood . Why? The river overflowed. In the 1940s, '50s and '60s, you didn't hear about flooding and the problems they had in different parts of the city.

Growed up in PRP and yeah, you never heard of any problems of other parts of the city's flooding...what in Sam's hell are you even talking about, as in the 1837 flood there was all kinds of talk about the flooding all over Lou-a-vul and ever time it does since then...in certain parts of Jefferson Co. and PRP too. So, wake up! and have an ear to hear, will ya?

And guess what?...you will hear about it again and again and again till someone from HIGH UP FIXES THE PROBLEMS and not spend all of our tax money on New Arenas downtown.
