Lyft acquires CoGo bike-share parent Motivate

Lyft Inc. has acquired the operator of CoGo bike share in Central Ohio, making it the operator of 80 percent of bike-sharing rides nationally. Motivate Inc. has operated CoGo under a contract with Columbus Recreation and Parks since 2013.
