Fugitive Sex Offender Captured On Galveston Island

A 23-year old man wanted by Universal City Police for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child was captured in Galveston Wednesday afternoon by a multi-agency contingent of area law enforcement officers and the U.S. Secret Service .
