Second arrest made in series of car break-ins
A Union teen-ager has been arrested in car break-ins that occurred in the city. Stevie Laron Harris, 17, of 215 Tate Avenue, was charged Wednesday by the Union Public Safety Department with three counts of breaking into a vehicle and two counts of petit larceny.
