Fallen line knocks out power in Two Rivers

A downed Two Rivers Water and Light wire caused a four-hour power outage in Two Rivers that affected Aurora Medical Center and Aurora Health Center on Memorial Drive Friday afternoon, said Tom Bushman, electric utility director for Wisconsin Public Service.
