Relief coming to Turtle Creek

Help is coming for people living in the flood-prone Turtle Creek Valley. The Army Corps of Engineers intends to start a multi-phase project in the fall to improve flood control in that section of the eastern suburbs, a response to disastrous flooding from a June 17 storm.
