Taxi driver sues man who vomited in his cab

A taxi driver this week sued an Ohio man who he said vomited in his cab in June and then assaulted him after calling him a " terrorist." Syed Raza, a Yellow Cab driver from Turtle Creek, filed suit yesterday in Allegheny County Common Pleas Court against Brady P. Roth, 22, of Martins Ferry, Ohio.
