Lowville Trooper arrests for DWI on SR-12 in the Town of Turin
On 11/03/09, Lowville-based State Police arrested Heather M. Delperuto , 28, of Lowville, on State Route 12 in the Town of Turin, Lewis County, for DWI, DWI with BAC > .08, speed in zone, uninspected motor vehicle, and broken windshield.
