The following people are charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses: Brent F. Billhardt, 36, of 5807 Route 12, Glenfield, was arrested by state police at 9 p.m. Monday on Route 12 in the town of Turin, where he initially was cited with speeding at 72 mph in a 55-mph zone.
