Two arraigned on school vandalism, break-in
Two area men were arraigned in Red Willow County District court Monday, in connection with the April break-in and vandalism of schools in Indianola, Bartley and Culbertson.
Three area students were recognized by the Middle Republican Natural Resources District for their creativity and understanding of water conservation.
